		Production capacity of ASMER is 150,000 bags per month. Production department hosts generally 25 qualified personnel. Since boutique production is carried out, production material stock is kept to its minimum, thus higher prices are prevented by lower stock costs. However, there is an ever-changing stock warehouse, which enables us to meet the increasing amount of orders and close delivery dates. Warehouse attendants make sure that the boards, dyes and other material are kept unharmed from possible weather and environmental conditions. Board importers (1st and 2nd quality Bristol) and local producers such as Kartonsan (Luxtriplex, Exprint), Seka (Kraft), Mopak (Matt Bristol), work as main stock warehouses of ASMER thanks to good relations and credibility established over the years. Also, ASMER keeps a warehouse in the premises to cover weekly productions. Printing process on boards is carried out by four colored and bicolored Roland and Heidelberg machines, in accordance with the order. Graphic design and assembly processes are carried out under strict supervision and sample prints can be presented for customer's approval on a charge basis. During the assembly process, hundred percent fault-free controls are conducted and stacked orders are delivered to the customer's address in Istanbul without any charge.
